The Weirdest Sights

Whilst on driving lessons in Telford, we happened to pass a sign at the side of the road that said "Children - Slow down whilst driving!"

   Now i thought that strange, Why are children driving in the first place?
Second - Why are children driving fast??
Thirdly - Why are children allowed their own traffic signs?

Its a weird world!
